A sound bath is an invitation into the present moment through sound; to use our bodies to listen with openness and curiosity to what surrounds us, so we can connect more deeply with our experience within.
Individual Sound Healing
A personalized one-on-one session using intentional sound and guided meditation to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner alignment.
I offer sound healing as a way to slow down and listen more deeply — both to the world around us and to our own inner experience.
Deep listening allows us to cultivate a vast and rich inner space that can help us build resilience to stress, reconnect with our sense of wonder, and improve our emotional and physical health.
My path into this work began through my own search for inner peace and clarity. I’ve spent the past several years studying and deepening into this practice with teachers including Tony Nec at the Sound Healing Academy, and Sara Auster with whom I trained and became certified in the Auster Sound Method (ASM). These experiences shaped how I hold space: with generous care, an open heart, and deep respect for the choice to slow down and just be.
In group sound baths and one-on-one sessions, my intention is simple: to create a calm and safe environment where you can show up exactly as you are. A space to settle, to feel without judgement, and discover what's within.
